CFABC Eagle Pride Scholarship

The mission of the Cy-Falls Athletics Booster Club is to provide financial, volunteer, and fan support for all of the Cy-Falls High School sports programs. CFABC recognizes the value of athletics and promotes academic success through athletic development. In order to recognize Cy-Falls athletic students, CFABC has set up the CFABC Eagle Pride Scholarship.


This year the CFABC will award several scholarships to senior boy and senior girl athletes, trainers, or managers of a UIL School Sanctioned Sport.


Scholarships will be awarded based on the following factors*:


  • Athletic Experience

  • Applicant Personal Statement and Essay

  • Academic Achievements

  • Extracurricular Activities

  • Community Services


*Note:  Please understand that this scholarship is not driven by GPA solely. The recipients must display that they are well rounded individuals, with a high level of community service, school spirit, and “Eagle Pride”.





  • Applicant must be a Cy-Falls Senior athlete, trainer, or manager of a UIL School Sanctioned Sport.

  • Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 6.0 scale.

  • Applicant must have taken a college placement test (i.e. SAT or ACT) and submit unofficial of official copy of scores.

  • Applicants must request that the Registrar’s Office send an “Official Transcript” directly to Veronica Ramos, Cy Falls High School at the address provided below.  Transcript will be considered “unofficial”, and thus voiding the application, if submitted by the applicant.

  • ​​​Two letters of recommendation (one from a Cy-Falls coach or teacher and one from a community leader. An example of a community leader can be a pastor, community business owner, employer, counselor, etc.).

  • Applicant must complete all questions and the essay related to the scholarship application truthfully and honestly.

  • Completed Application must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 22, 2021.​


NOTE: Without an official transcript and documented test scores an application will be considered incomplete.

​Note: Per District policy and Texas Education Agency requirements, "official" high school transcripts may not be issued directly to students but must be sent directly to the college, employer, etc.  Any transcript mailed or given directly to the student will be considered "unofficial" and thus voiding the application, if submitted by the applicant.
